SAI has a very strong marketing presence in Kenya and is able to provide full support to the teams on ground. They include:

Recruitment of Medical Representatives
Market survey prior to product launches.
Strategy of product placement & launch in the market.
Managing teams of Medical Representatives throughout the country.
Provide full back-office support for principals who already have their own teams directly employed by them on the ground. This includes assisting the principal to comply with all statutory and tax obligations for these employees.
Provide full access to our in-house online Med Rep reporting systems. This system is fully automated and provides valuable, real-time information to the manager & decision makers.
Regular automated reports on team performance and Team costs including CME’s and vehicle expenses.
All financial reporting formats available are tailored to the needs of the principal.

Regulatory Department

SAI has a very active and vibrant regulatory department. We work with the following regulatory bodies in Kenya:

The Veterinary
Board of Kenya

The Pest Control
Board of Kenya

We provide full regulatory services for the companies we represent and also as a stand-alone service for companies that only require regulatory services. We assist with all regulatory services that include product registration, and GMP applications through these bodies. Principals receive monthly updates on all regulatory matters.

GDP Certified Storage

SAI has ample and fully secured GDP (Good Distribution Practice) certified stores and provides ample storage facilities for all its principals. This also includes two fully automated Cold-rooms with generator backup for all cold chain products.
